Transactions made by customers using a credit card or BNPL service at a merchant, where the customer receives no goods or services but obtains cash.
4. Ponzi Schemes
A Ponzi scheme is a type of investment fraud in which investors are promised large returns with little or no risk, but the money received is not actually invested.
5. Goods and/or Services Involving Hacking or Unauthorized Access to Electronic Systems
Businesses that provide goods or services that can be used for hacking or unauthorized access to electronic systems, such as devices for manipulating traffic signals or wiretapping tools.
6. Gambling Businesses or Those Related to Gambling Concepts
Any form of gambling conducted online or through other networks by a Merchant, including but not limited to:

Funding of accounts created by a Merchant for gambling purposes
7. Selling Products That Infringe Copyright or Counterfeit Goods
Selling counterfeit goods is illegal in many countries, including goods that infringe intellectual property rights such as trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
8. Illegal Drugs Such as Narcotics and Psychotropics
Businesses that sell prohibited drugs or illegal products such as kratom, magic mushrooms, cannabis, etc.
9. Intermediary (Broker) Services for Services That Can Only Be Provided by Government Institutions
Services that help obtain official documents such as passports, driver's licenses, or company incorporation (Corp/PT/CV) that should only be handled by government agencies.
10. Dangerous Goods
Businesses that sell dangerous goods such as weapons and/or hazardous chemicals in liquid, powder, gas, or solid form (for example, materials that can be used to make bombs)
11. Illegal Businesses
Including money laundering services, document forgery (diplomas, certificates, doctor's notes, etc.), and goods and/or services involving human trafficking or human body parts.
12. Organizations That Cannot Engage in Profit-Seeking Activities
Organizations that are not permitted to engage in profit-seeking activities or hold assets for profit-seeking purposes.
13. Unregulated Law or Accounting Firms
Law or accounting firms without regulation or an official license are not permitted to use Midtrans services.
14. System, Software, or Service Providers Using Midtrans for Sub-Merchant Payments
Service providers such as web developers may use Midtrans only for payments of their own service subscriptions, but their sub-merchants must register separately as Midtrans merchants.
15. Goods and/or Services Containing Hateful Content
Goods, images, or services that insult, demean, or contain hateful content toward individuals or groups based on religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability.
